Often the stand-out track at our gigs, Still Cry resonates with many people probably because we've all had our hearts broken. But also because we all could and should move on, and we do, but sometimes we still cry bittersweet tears about him/her. Features our drummer Paul Young on this amazing melodic wood block thing with bits cut out of the top panel to make different notes from the one piece of wood.
lyrics
I still cry for you
Still cry for you
Still cry for you
Yeah, everything's fine
Moved on with life
Still cry for you
A song came on
On my radio
When I was cruising in my car
It said, in time
We can make up our minds...
It's a choice we can make
To forget
All the scars
It's been so long
Really should be strong..er
But I
Still cry for you
Still cry for you
Still cry for you
Yeah, everything's fine
Moved on with life
Still cry for you
It's the little things
That bring back all
Painful memories
The song you sang
Still ringing
Ringing
Ringing in my mind
Captured my heart
With your bitter sweet
Mournful melodies
Gotta let it go
Gotta take control
Nobody knows
That I
Still cry for you
Still cry for you
Still cry for you
Yeah, everything's fine
Moved on with life
Still cry for you
Oh
Still cry, still cry
Still cry, still cry
Still cry, still cry
Still cry, still cry
Still cry, still cry
Still cry, still cry
Still cry, still cry
Still cry, still cry
Oh

When our friend's mum heard that we were playing at his sister's birthday party, she said 'You tell those guys their souls have a home'. Thank you, Mrs Manning. We hope so.
Lesson is a true wordsmith who draws from his Greek roots, Aboriginal studies & time living in far north community, and critique of popular Australian culture to create confronting works. Brilliant. Peter B & The Homeless Souls
I think he sounds like Damien Rice. But I don't really listen to Damien Rice. I prefer Alan Boyle. Mainly because he lives in Australia, but also because he is an awesome dad. And an awesome man. Peter B & The Homeless Souls
